THE OFFICE presents to you our first "on the go" online membership. You can now conveniently workout whenever and wherever. This is great to have if your looking to put in extra work on specific body parts that you want to tone up more, you can do any of these workouts in a hotel room which is very convenient for traveling. Mini workouts are highly affective when done properly and consistently. We will have an array of 12 workout videos per month ranging from 8 minutes to 30 minutes and will post 3 new videos weekly.
