THE OFFICE presents to you our first online membership, you can now conveniently workout with us whenever and wherever. This membership is highly beneficial if you are looking to put in extra toning homework on specific body parts, you can also do any of these workouts while traveling or vacationing and for those of you that visit from out of state, you will now have access to THE OFFICE back home. Mini workouts are highly affective when done properly and consistently, our videos range from 8 minutes to 45 minutes. THE OFFICE online membership features an array of our most popular workouts such as cardio beat, ass class, arms and butcher barre flow, some videos will be pre recorded and some will be actual live classes so you feel like your in the class!
